CloudPage-Landing Page
First we have to create Data cloud Landing page ( for Gym)
Then create Image Block and Smart capture and Text block for creating Registration form
> Upload the image
> Edit the Text block as Registration form and design properly
Drag n Drop the Smart Capture
> Name the form as Registration form
> Data target as Data extension
> select the data extension as created with name " Registration_Form_DE"
> select the column name from list tick check boxes.
Smart Capture & Text > made setting as per below image and attached to Data extension.
And after submit button Thank you page should appear with some text for e.g "Thank you for your submission" and attached the thank you page.
click on publish button

> Filled the details on registration page like
Then clicked on submit button Information gets saved in "Registraton_Form_DE"
checked whether information gets saved or not. after submitting form. Message appears as below.
Information which user filled in registration form gets saved in Data Extension
