  • check publication List
  • unsubscribe
  • again check publication list status
  • ReCreate Publication list
  • follow the same process



Fist of all Created the Publication list


Next we created the DE with some records



Now need to send Email to subscribers






Now sending Email


Now checked the Email Received targeted Email address


Also checked the Publication list


Now One of the user have unsubscribe the publication...
.After Un subscription > Publication List status


One of the subscriber status showing as Unsubscribe 


Now again we have to create the publication list for sending Email for this subscriber


Again created the DE with the record which is unsubscribed by the subscriber.




Sending Again Email to that subscriber






tracking the status



Now checking the status of Publication List - Subscriber status is now Active

 For SQL Query Automation :  Select - Journey Builder > Automation Studio > New Automation  Select : Starting Source Schedule  and drag it to Starting source and drag SQL Query . click on choose and select : Create new Query Activity - Name the Query Write the Query on editor and validate the Query syntax  and also create the New target data extension before moving ahead with all fields. Now select the target data extension with action data as overwrite : Then finish and save and name the Automation: Now Save and Run Once the automation : Click "Select All activity" and Click on Run Click on RUN ONCE Query Automation Run successfully. checked the Targeted DE found all the records are successfully updated.
